These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to your subscription to the Premium Service of MagicMotion: Photo Video Maker (“the App”) purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a subscription.
From time to time, we may provide promotional pricing, introductory offers, or discounted subscription plans.
The applicable subscription price, duration, and renewal terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
By confirming your purchase, you agree to the applicable subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.
MagicMotion offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including the ability to generate photos and videos using available templates and effects.
Available subscription options may include:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after you confirm your purchase.
You authorize Apple to process payments according to the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
All subscription fees are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription automatically renews unless automatic renewal is turned off before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through:
Canceling your subscription will disable future automatic renewals, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
We may change subscription prices from time to time.
If subscription prices change, we will provide notice through the App, the applicable app store, or other appropriate methods.
If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request directly to Apple according to Apple’s refund policies and procedures.
We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through Apple.
